You Fear the Sabre-tooth

6753809I read somewhere that the brain is wired since the stone age to think negatively so to protect us from the dangers that existed then.

Sabre-tooth as an example.

These days this negative thinking works overtime, stopping us from getting ahead in life.

Because we fear trying something new.

Fear of the Sabre-tooth.

This happens without us even realizing.

Without reading, preferably instructional books, then nothing will contradict that thinking.

You could even try swapping listening to the car radio station or your phone playlist for an audiobook.

The hours you spent while traveling, could be spent sharpening your mind against the Sabre-tooth.

Maybe that’s what you need.

Maybe that’s what need.

A different outlook.

That comes from developing a habit of reading or listening daily to go sh*t.

Replace Your S** t Habits With Good Ones

I kept on seeing and hearing the name Simon Sinek being projected in my head.

Simon Sinek.

As if stuck in the frontal lobe of my brain.

Simon Sinek.

All this, haunting, while trying to sleep.

So here I am, writing about him.

I don’t know much about him.

He was first brought to my attention by a business partner who has a background in medicine.

Google Sinek.

From the little I know of him is that he’s a speaker.

He speaks about most about leadership. On what defines a leader and what drives her. Reasons why they are true leaders. Amongst other things.

He’s available on different social media sites, I also follow him on Twitter and IG.

He’s an author as well, he wrote Start With Why.

And there are lots of videos on the ‘Tube that have he’s talks.

I think there’s a vid of one of his talks I posted in one of my blogs that I thought was awesome.

There’s a bias that comes with being a leader that I want to take advantage of.

The monetary benefits of being paid to solve problems being one of them.

It’s as if followers create problems while leaders get paid to solve them.

So I’ve been listening to some of his audios as well. Him, John Maxwell and Gary Vaynerchuk are the 3 guys I’ve been filling my head with of late.

And Eric Thomas. #TGIM

I guess I can be obsessed with certain things in my life, such as my personal development.

If I don’t invest the time for it, noone else will.

Then I will just be like the rest of them, blaming my job or spouse or community or the government or the gods for my current, undesirable situations.

Not realising that the true problem here is me.

I fix me, all else gets fixed.

It’s an inside job.

The Formula For Consistent Success You Use Day In Day Out But Take For Granted

Every successful performer I have talked to, listenend to and read about have “acted as if” before they became.

Success truly is an inside job.

Success in an emotion.

Neale Donald Walsch suggests that thought comes first before emotions.

Success is a mental image man holds in her mind more often that other mental thoughts during his daily business.

A mental image held with the purpose because we want to “it” become real don’t we?

I wake up in the morning because I see an image of myself at work. So everything I do from the time I wake up is gearing towards making that vision a successful one.

This process is so habitual that most are taking for granted, not realising that within this almost daily routine above is the full proof formula to success, in everything!

One Of The Things I Learned From Robert Collier…

“…but you remember the story of the famous Saint of Italy, who traveled from town to town healing the lame, the halt, and the blind.

A pilgrim hastening to a town where the Saint was expected met two lame beggars hurrying away.

He asked them the reason for their haste, to be told, to his astonishment, it was because the Saint was coming to town.

As they put – “He will surely heal us, and where will our livelihood be then?”

So it is with many people today – not beggars, mind you – but people in every walk of life.

They have become so wedded to their ailments; they “enjoy poor health” so thoroughly, that they are secrectly a bit proud of it.

Take away their complaints and they would be lost without them.”Robert Collier, Secret of the Ages

See Yourself As The Abundant Spiritual Free Flow(er) Of Energy Streams You Are

You know, when you “let go” of something that hurts you, life becomes…easier, for lack of a better word.

Imagine yourself as structure made up of multiple golden streams of energy.

The energy that flows freely within your structure and vibrates, only to attract by manifesting, in harmony with its current and future “structure of energy.”

Be it an event, a person, environment, circumstance, etc.

And it is when it is in this perfect harmonious state that it exist in its purest & natural form – Divine Perfection.

Now when hurt is created and is experience by you, the structure that in a collection of free flowing energy streams, this disrupts the harmony of the flow – the harmony of the spiritual energy free-flow-“er” you are – and causes discord first in spirit then in the physical.

Something in the physical has to first exist in the spiritual/ mental. Never the other way around.

So one has to be healed mentaly – the image that she sees of herself mentaly (aka the spiritual realm) – before one healed physicaly.

The same goes for wealth.

Wealthy people where first wealthy mentaly before they become wealthy in the physical.

Read Robert Collier’s Secret of the Ages for more clarity on this.

So learn to be abundant and free by letting go of hurt and choosing not to block your streams by clinging on to the past.

This can be done the instant you stop satisfying your “ego self” and do what it takes to satisfy your “spiritual self,” which is explained perfectly in Deepak Chopra’s “The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success.”

And accepting Events as what they really are, which is the past.

Changing your Responses, if necessary, to produce the Outcomes you would rather be experiencing.

The World Belongs To You – Robert Collier

I am reading a book by Robert Collier “Secret Of The Ages” which you can download in .pdf format here.

In it Robert says:

Jesus set forth the universal law of supply when he said – “Therefore I say unto you, be not anxious for the morrow, what ye shall eat, or where withal ye shall be clothed – but seek first the kingdom of God, and all those things shall be added unto you.

What is this “Kingdom of God?”

Jesus tells us – “The Kingdom of God is within you.”

It is the “Father within you” to which He so frequently referred.

It is Mind – your part of Universal Mind.

“Seek first the Kingdom of God.”

Seek first an understanding of this Power within you – learn to contact with it – to use it – “and all those things shall be added unto you.”

The World’s Greatest Discovery | Musa’s Pursuit Of Happiness Journal

“Small, narrow voices cried out that Henry Ford would not last another year, but above and beyond the din of their childish prattle Ford went silently about his business and made himself the richest and most powerful man on earth.

The leader is assailed because he is a leader, and the effort to equal him is merely added proof of his leadership.

Failing to equal or to excel, the follower seeks to depreciate and to destroy – but only confirms the superiority of that which he strives to supplant.

There is nothing new in this.”

I took that from “Lesson 5 – Initiative and Leadership” right off Napoleon Hill’s “Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons.”

Powerful reading “course” that takes me through the principles that, according to Napoleon Hill, will systematically led me to success, guaranteed.

As I am putting him to the test, with this emphasized by Jack Canfield in the audios I’m listening to, it hit me…I honestly did not do EXACTLY as I was guided to do through the self-help books I’ve read in order for me to get from where I am, to where I what to be.

If I were to have followed each step given to me, through books like Think & Grow Rich for instance, like MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT, I would have been under wealthier circumstances than I currently am.

“You have to work the principles in order for the principles to work.” – Jack Canfield.

Like writting down, pen to paper, something you want to achieve as already achieved in a statement you will affirm, with a grateful state of mind of believing you’re receiving right now that which you seek, everytime you wake up in the morning and before going to bed at night.

What is working for me is something that Bill Bartmann taught me in his Nine Steps To Achieve Any Goal audio, in writting my goal/ promise on a card then laminating it so that I can carry it around in my wallet or pocket all day.

That way I can reflect on it throughout the day. Reminding myself on what my intent is.

This exercise of reflecting & taking a moment for ourselves, every chance we get, to visualize with the intention and determination of finding ways of receiving or achieving our goal(s), with the emotions we will have once we receive it – visualizing with emotion(s) increases the speed of seeing it manifest, should be done every day, for a minimum of 30 days straight.

If a single day is skipped, we must then go another 30 days from then.

This is done so to make such an impression on the subconscious mind, the part that holds the images that get projected into our daily lives, so that the images that reside in there change.

And it is in working towards changing the images of the subconscious, the part that actually “runs” our lives, that we change our current state of affairs.

Maybe Robert Collier’s Secret Of The Ages can elaborate on what I said for you in a more detailed manner.
