Your Quote from the Teachings of Abrahan-Hicks

The following is one of the daily quotes I received via email from a free subscription of the Teachings of Abraham-Hicks that can be found when you go to

“Through our daily process of focusing upon your breathing, you will progressively breathe your resistance away, causing a gradual shift in
your Vibrational point of attraction.

And then, you will begin to feel a strong resonance with the words that we have been speaking to you.

When that occurs, the Vibration of your physical body and that of the Source within you will be at the same Vibrational frequency; and when that occurs, your physical body will benefit.

In the same way that a complete understanding of electricity is unnecessary in order to flip the switch and receive the benefit of it, you do not need to understand the complex inner workings of your physical body.

You only need to understand the simple process by which you allow your intelligent cells to do their work.

As you find and practice resonance with the Vibration of the Source within you, communication between the cells of your body flourishes, as does your entire physical body.

And it all begins with the simple focusing upon your breathing to flip the switch of absolute physical well-being.”

Worst Case Scenario: What If The Internet Were To Shut Down?

These Mayans 2012 predictions couldn’t have come a better time, if only the movie “2012” could have been released in 1984 neh? It would have made the “predictions” less believable, Internet and all.

The Internet shutting down?? I know, I know the likelihood of that happening are slim to none, just like how that crazy scientist proposed how the world is in actual fact not the center of the universe.

Just thought I should probe your mind a little, in the very sober holiday season state you are in.

How well insured are you against something of that magnitude happening though?

Can you use your online skills offline as well?

Maybe I just idolize the past but I believe that one needs to include diversification in the way one sees the Internet also.

So that just like the world ended in the year 2000 & the Mayans prediction comes true, we would have in our possession hard copies of the fun stuff we posted on the net.

I hate to say it, but come to think about it, if people buy into these predictions like they did the millennium craze, enough to influence other spineless crowd followers into fear, then I have no choice but to capitalize on this unfounded fear of death like I know other corporates will.

And knowing what the media is capable of – see Zeitgeist Movie – I am sure they will play their part in trying to make us run around like headless chickens while reaping the rewards of our staged vulnerability, as short term as it might be.

Who knows, maybe they will prolong this fear by leaking rumors of how one can’t be really certain WHEN the world would end (remember the fun the media had in issuing the “war on terrorism”), holding us in the state of uncertainty while finding a way to vacuum clean our pockets.

If you teach a large enough crowd how to fear, then you will always have control over them.

The modern day version of mass dictatorship.

Online journals should have offline versions.

Notes on your “crack”berry must be written out for you to see whether the battery in on or off.

Something to re-awaken your senses, to make you feel human again, something you can touch, smell, taste, hear, and see.

Interacting with another human being instead of feeling repelled by them. Having a fear of crowds but no minding participating within a forum of a million or more people globally.

Relationships are key, heavens, you might even realize that they are the link to everything else. As in the state of your overall relationships are the result of the state of your finances and your health.

When chaos abounds within your life or/ and body remembering the fundamentals could save your life. That in how we are human BEINGS and not human DOINGS.

Slow down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and feel yourself taking a slow, deliberate breath out.

And see things (life) from a different love (light, same thing).

Yours in eternal peace, and ever-flowing joy,

PS. Yes, with all things said “2012” is quiet entertaining, if Sci-Fi and thriller and killer graphics are your thing.

I absolutely love the ending though when the world…nah, what a spoiler that would be. Grab a copy retailing at for $14.99 at the time of this posting, if you don’t have one already or the DVD rentals are out of stock, to know what I meant about the awesome, awesome ending.

The Ultimate Shortcut To Success

I asked myself what I can write to you about that will make your life better. And I was inspired to teach you how to meditate.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 10 minutes.

Be as comfortable as you can.

Remain still for the next 10 minutes in that comfortable position you will be in.

Close your eyes.

And focus on deep breathes in, and long breathes out.

Breathe in with your nose and exhale with your mouth.

Your thoughts will wonder on the first attempts and you might even be fidgety, release those thoughts and edginess and focus back on your breathing.

Breathing in and out, in and out until your 10 minute timer goes off.

For maximum results I suggest you practice doing it every day every chance you get.

Take it as a gift from me to you.

What the heck, why wait – Merry Xmas 😉

How A Breaking Heart Can Be Good For You

I guess if you wake up the next morning still having to deal with the same situation you encountered the day before, change your request to the Universe from “please make this thing easier” to “please make me a better person.”

And it is through that empowering alternative prayer to Life that the “thing” becomes easier.

The only thing you have total control over is yourself. So focus on being a better person in order for everything else to be easier.

Dealing With Stress

What is Stress?

The word stress comes from the Latin word “stringere” – which means “to strain” or “to tighten.”

This is exactly what stress is about: in a stressful event our body tenses to allow for a quick response.

Stress is normal – it helps us to survive and react to our environment.

However, stress can become unhealthy and dangerous. In nature, our bodies are designed to react to a threat with a quick bodily response.

Normally, the threat would be dealt with and our body would return to normal.

In our hectic daily life, stress has become the normality so our bodies do not return to relaxation but are constantly tense to react to the multiple stress factors around us.

When we do not find time to unwind and our bodies never get to relax, stress becomes dangerous and unhealthy.

What can you do about stress?

1. Make A Decision: when faced with a stressful situation it is your decision whether you see it as stressful or not.

For example, if you are stuck in traffic on the way to work, you can either frantically switch lanes and hoot at other drivers, or you can sit back, listen to your radio and acknowledge that there is nothing you can do about it.

2. Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself: most people focus on the bad things rather than the good things.

How often do you talk to yourself in negative way? “stupid me.” “I can’t do this.”

Check the way you think about yourself and try to change the message you use.

Encourage and support yourself: “next time I’ll try harder,” “I will try the best I can” or “I’ll be all right.”

3. Check Your Diet: caffefine, sugar, fatty foods and alcohol are bad for you.

They deplete essential vitamins and raise arousal levels even further.

Switch to avocados instead – they contain natural anti-depressants and are excellent stress busters.

4. Exercise: exercise breaks down stress. When exercising you allow your body to physically react to stressors. After exercise you will find relaxing much easier.

5. Sleep: ensure that you get enough sleep – 6-8 hours should be enough.

6. Sex And Intimacy: yes it’s good for you! Sex and intimacy allow you to physically and emotionally relax.

7. Recreational Activities: have fun in your spare time. This will help you to shift your focus away from stress allowing for better work/ life balance.

8. Meaning: think about why you are doing all this. What is the meaning behind your life/ work/ family? Reflect on your priorities.

Habits of Effective Stress-Managers

 they know how to relax

 they eat right and exercise often

 they get enough sleep

 they don’t worry about the unimportant stuff

 they don’t get angry often

 they are organized

 they manage their time effectively

 they have and make use of a strong social support system

 they live according to their values

 they have a good sense of humour

…managing stress is not a magical process but rather one that means mastering new behaviours and finding new ways of looking at yourself and the world.”

The Key To Unlimited Freedom

I get this voice, it sounds like mine but I’m not so sure, nagging me, willing me to write.

Saying, “tell them, tell them, tell them,” after I told “myself” a sentence that moved me.

Usually something I have heard before but was not enlightened enough to really listen.

“You not listening,” I heard “myself” saying.

Which is truthful.

All of my hunches, intuition, sixth sense, gut feeling I only listen to and do what they suggest only 15% of the time.

On one hand I ask God for guidance, then on the other I don’t take heed to Her words.

And now after starting to meditate for this past week, these “words” of guidance are becoming louder…or can I say I am now more inclined to do as the say than I was before.

“The kingdom of God is within you.”

As corny as it is, it feels so real…surreal.

“Feelings are the language of the soul.” – Neale Donald Walsch

And it scares me.

The idea and possibility of going to a place where I can get the answers to any question or challenge I am facing…it’s liberating.

And this level of liberation is so out of this dimension that, I guess, it’s exciting…and scary.

Me thinks I must rather say it feels so good it’s exciting :).

Ja and that’s were it is, right there. Exciting, and emotion I should rather hold on to and focus on.

In any case, what I was suppose to have brought to attention was that:

true success comes to those who give for the primary purpose of helping another to grow.

Which in turn is going to make you successful in various ways, including financial, since we are all connected.

There is no greater teacher than experience, so try it, it’s unbreakable.

Dedicate the next hour in giving love and gratitude to all things, people and circumstance.

All you will experience from then onwards is love and gratitude cloaked in physical form(s)… well until you start thinking thoughts that are not loving and grateful.”
