A Business Like No Other…

new-mlm-companiesI think network marketing levels the playing field.

I could be wrong, it’s just my observation.

From my limited observation, businesses are handed over from generation to generation.

The only legacy I’ve seen being left the masses is poverty.

Some families are brought up with the option of aspiring to be business owner, while other families are sold the idea of becoming employees or self employed.

Asking the government to fix this in the form of land distribution, for instance, is as effective as the removal of our now current President from office.

But network marketing nullifies this dependent mindset.

The right one also offers you training and mentorship on how to succeed by also developing a business owner mindset.

But the best ones allow for your network marketing business to be passed on from generation to generation, just like these families I spoke of earlier.

With the right training to develop your skills, I believe anyone can succeed in what they put their minds to.

Multi level marketing included.

One of the hiccups I have with conventional business is the start up capital, amongst other uncertainties.

But obviously if you are committed enough and want it badly enough then you can find solutions around that.

I guess one chooses ones battles.

With me preferring minimum start up capital.

Minimal operational costs.

No overhead.picture2

With some part time but consistent work ethic, the results are predictable.

Results that can supplement my current salary.

Results that can be on par with my current salary.

Results that can eclipse my current salary.

A business like no other.

Look as a disclaimer, anything legit that allows you to make extra income is great.

Be it MLMs or another job or part time gig or strip joints.

I’m just talking about what I’m exposed to.

Do you due dilengece.

This working you way up to your salary month end only to start at zero the following month, is insane.

But most of us are doing it so it’s ok right?

I don’t think so.

Mark 3:13-15

If you had 12 disciples in the form of 12 disciplines or 12 principles you would use in your life to “have the authority to cast out” the demons of our lives, demons in the form of life’s obstacles and challenges, what would they be?

Not in any order but I propose, not in any specific order. Their names would be:

#1. Gratitude.

#2. Faith.

#3. Persistence.

#4. Patience.

#5. (my favourite) Action-Inspired.

#6. Goal-Setting.

#7. Sensory Visualization (closing your eyes and visualizing success with all your physical senses).

#8. Compound-Action (the most silent of the disciples).

#9. Given (also known as Karma).

#10. Peema (aka PMA, aka Positive Mental Attitude).

#11. Focus.

#12. Silence (the most outspoken).

These would be my disciples who I will walk with daily. I will eat with them, rest with them, bath with them, laugh with them and seek guidance and consultation with them.

The Magical Power Of “Thank You” In Your Life Heals All Wounds

What I love about Thank You Power by Deborah Norville was the exercises she had within her chapters that allowed the reader to put what she calls “Thank You Power” (a state of gratitude that instils fulfilment, purpose & other joyful emotions within people’s hearts, amongst other limitless uplifting benefits) to the test.

One of them entailed writing out, on a blank piece of paper, 3 new things every day, that you are grateful for, and why.

That this:

1. Thank you ___________________________________________________________ because

_______________________________________________ .

2. Thank you ___________________________________________________________ because

_______________________________________________ .

3. Thank you ___________________________________________________________ because

_______________________________________________ .

The whole point of the exercise is to steer you towards better feeling emotions, even if you are currently in a pleasing mood.

She encourages the reader to make it a point to write out this list of three things that you are grateful for, and to do it on a daily basis, with her providing scientific research of the profound results the daily exercise had on people to back it up.

Yes, Thank You Power has been tested, and all of the results were in favour of those willing candidates that practiced feeling gratitude & expressing gratitude on a daily basis – not as a chore but opening their hearts so to be healed by words of gratitude their soul is constantly consoling them with.

The book – Thank You Power – also has inspiring stories of how people benefited from practicing gratitude then Deborah Norville even goes on to tell of the miraculous results produces by daily gratitude with people dealing with shocking experiences life, at times, has a tendency of throwing at us & even other stories of how people tend to recover faster from traumatic experiences through the use of the transformational power of daily gratitude.

So put it to test, give thanks to people, things and circumstances that made the day more convenient for you.

Deborah Norville also noted of the people that she interviewed in her book, that these people were more positive about the future. They were healthier, happier & richer.

This brings to mind what spiritual teachers keep on saying, in how good things tend to come our way when we release the things that make us hurt inside. Things that hold us back in succeeding in life.

One of the best releasing techniques I know and have ever come across AND to experience, which in turn has led to more productivity and more faith in my ever more prosperous, loving and healthy, future in my life, is gratitude.

See article about Gratitude Rock I wrote some time ago.

With that said I encourage you to get your hands on Thank You Power: Making the Science of Gratitude Work for You and marvel at how “lighter” life becomes through almost effortless conjuring of gratitude.

Thank You for taking the time to read this.

Calm Your Spirit With A Gratitude Rock

After going through Bill Bartmann’s website and getting my hands on his Nine Steps To Achieve Any Goal audio I went back to what I have heard or read about Gratitude.

Something I began taking seriously especially went Bill mentioned his “Pocket Promise” concept, and how it ran parallel to the Gratitude Rock concept explained in The Secret.

So I said to myself, “What the heck, come I just get a rock and decide on a goal I’m gonna stick to and be grateful for every time my hands go in my pocket and touch on it.”

And man oh man is it making a difference!

Heaven On Earth Is But A Thought Away

I must observe and own my circumstances and experiences as my own creations.

I brought this on to myself the “lack vibrations” my mind was in, leading to the like minded words, leading to like minded acts and the like minded results I am having.

For me to experience different results, I must first change into a vibration of abundance.

Since everything broken down to its microscopic level, a very powerful microscope, is energy.

Everything IS energy.

From a rock to air – and more closer to home – from a thought, to a word, to an act.

They are, we all are, energy vibrating at various forms.

Energy.

“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” – Sir Issac Newton.

You know it looks so easy on paper, and this is how the process works yet implimentation is another story all together.

I guess it depends on how you look at it: is the glass half full or half empty?

On second thought, pun intended, what kind of results would I be attracting to myself by looking at it half empty?

Then again wouldn’t I just find things that would just support my thinking or my perception of how things are in life either way?

To my benefit or to my detriment.

I could lie to myself for so long, a lie I can remedy with faith.

Faith.

Expectancy.

Faith in the expectancy of all that is good, so to achieve positive results.

Although expecting something positive with anxiety – another term for worry, which is “a prayer for something you don’t want” according to Shelby Collinge – just pushes the thing(s) you want away from you.

Having a “positive vibe” about you is a must have.

While writing this I ask how in heaven can I stay positive ALL the time??

A question I am asking you, a question I asked a colleague: “How can I stay positive all the time, like as in 24/7?”

That was when he suggested thinking about my girlfriend:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

Now that is beautiful, changed my mood same time!

It’s beautiful…just then I allowed my body to relive the sensations I feel in and through my body and mind and soul when I am with her.

Oh my, you see right then and there I had an instant vibrational change.

I don’t know about you, but the more I hold on to my gratitude rock, the more I focus on love – the most powerful vibrational state – the more I am grateful for the mental image that influences my emotions.

And the subsconcious mind is All emotion – the subsconcious is the playmaker of my life.

“Love is all there is.” – Neale Donald Walsch.

That’s something I recommend you save your life with.

A gratitude rock.

What Is The Purpose Of Life? Part III

I thank Mbalenhle Ndovela, my facebook friend, for the inspiration behind this post.

To experience more of the good things that life has to offer, one must surround herself with people that contribute, in one way or the other, to her personal growth.

These are friends who add value to your life and don’t make more withdrawals than deposits in your Emotional Bank Account.

(This “account” is a concept created by Dr. Stephen R. Covey which came to my attention in his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.)

Surrounding yourself with anything else will limit your thinking instead of expanding it.

And a mind that expands will continue to do so especially one that seeks Truth.

Neale Donald Walsch touched on something, when I got a chance to listen to only a portion of his audio material where he was having Conversations with God, that in truth there are only two main emotions:

  • an emotion of love;
  • and an emotion of fear.

So in actuality we base our decision in either a sponsoring thought of Love or a sponsoring thought of Fear.

It is the latter that both my cousin, Nombali Ntuli, and me feel that most of us Thinking Beings favour the most.

Hence the condition the world is currently in.

It is from this “source of fear” that spawns out feelings of, as shown in The Secret DVD, of:

  • Depression;
  • Guilt;
  • Resentment;
  • Hatred;
  • Revenge;
  • Anger;
  • Criticism/ Blame;
  • Worry;
  • Annoyance;
  • and Boredom.

Feelings that Lisa Nichols says are “…those feelings that don’t make you feel empowered.

Whereas its complete opposite, a “source of Love“, blossoms out – in its contagious abundance, feelings of:

  • Satisfaction;
  • Hope;
  • Joyful Expectation;
  • Happiness/ Excitement;
  • Passion;
  • Joy;
  • and Gratitude.

In retrospect it was this emotion of fear that I was brought up with by two of my greatest teachers: both my mother and my father.

And if I were to receive Love, it would be conditional.

“If you don’t do this I won’t give you that,” for example.

Please don’t get me wrong, I am just trying to prove a point. I am not being ungrateful.

And Jack Canfield did mention “…about 85% of families are dysfunctional, so it’s like all of a sudden you aren’t so unique”

Then again how else could they have raised me either than the way THEY have been raised?

Therefore hanging with so called friends who propagate such fears with the way they perceive life, through their thoughts, actions, words and feelings would also influence my perception of life towards the negative.

With me stating that the purpose of life is for us to experience Joy, I don’t think surrounding myself with people who are down and are taking me down with them, with their attitude towards life, would be a smart move on my part.

And as for you, well that is something I wanted you to think about.

…As within, so without.
