Replace Your S** t Habits With Good Ones

I kept on seeing and hearing the name Simon Sinek being projected in my head.

Simon Sinek.

As if stuck in the frontal lobe of my brain.

Simon Sinek.

All this, haunting, while trying to sleep.

So here I am, writing about him.

I don’t know much about him.

He was first brought to my attention by a business partner who has a background in medicine.

Google Sinek.

From the little I know of him is that he’s a speaker.

He speaks about most about leadership. On what defines a leader and what drives her. Reasons why they are true leaders. Amongst other things.

He’s available on different social media sites, I also follow him on Twitter and IG.

He’s an author as well, he wrote Start With Why.

And there are lots of videos on the ‘Tube that have he’s talks.

I think there’s a vid of one of his talks I posted in one of my blogs that I thought was awesome.

There’s a bias that comes with being a leader that I want to take advantage of.

The monetary benefits of being paid to solve problems being one of them.

It’s as if followers create problems while leaders get paid to solve them.

So I’ve been listening to some of his audios as well. Him, John Maxwell and Gary Vaynerchuk are the 3 guys I’ve been filling my head with of late.

And Eric Thomas. #TGIM

I guess I can be obsessed with certain things in my life, such as my personal development.

If I don’t invest the time for it, noone else will.

Then I will just be like the rest of them, blaming my job or spouse or community or the government or the gods for my current, undesirable situations.

Not realising that the true problem here is me.

I fix me, all else gets fixed.

It’s an inside job.

A Business Like No Other…

new-mlm-companiesI think network marketing levels the playing field.

I could be wrong, it’s just my observation.

From my limited observation, businesses are handed over from generation to generation.

The only legacy I’ve seen being left the masses is poverty.

Some families are brought up with the option of aspiring to be business owner, while other families are sold the idea of becoming employees or self employed.

Asking the government to fix this in the form of land distribution, for instance, is as effective as the removal of our now current President from office.

But network marketing nullifies this dependent mindset.

The right one also offers you training and mentorship on how to succeed by also developing a business owner mindset.

But the best ones allow for your network marketing business to be passed on from generation to generation, just like these families I spoke of earlier.

With the right training to develop your skills, I believe anyone can succeed in what they put their minds to.

Multi level marketing included.

One of the hiccups I have with conventional business is the start up capital, amongst other uncertainties.

But obviously if you are committed enough and want it badly enough then you can find solutions around that.

I guess one chooses ones battles.

With me preferring minimum start up capital.

Minimal operational costs.

No overhead.picture2

With some part time but consistent work ethic, the results are predictable.

Results that can supplement my current salary.

Results that can be on par with my current salary.

Results that can eclipse my current salary.

A business like no other.

Look as a disclaimer, anything legit that allows you to make extra income is great.

Be it MLMs or another job or part time gig or strip joints.

I’m just talking about what I’m exposed to.

Do you due dilengece.

This working you way up to your salary month end only to start at zero the following month, is insane.

But most of us are doing it so it’s ok right?

I don’t think so.

Being At Fault

argument[1]Need to use a more creative headline.

So I tried this as action suggestions on this “How To Win Friends” book by Dale Carnegie.

About how you know that you are not the one to blame, but you act like you are?

I forgot for what purpose though: conflict avoidance, relationship building.

Either one it’s a win for me.

Usually I come out guns blazing.

I don’t play games.

Listening to some audios or reading helps though, something I haven’t been doing lately.

Long story short, my woman locked me in at our place when she left for work and took my key with as well.

This obviously affected me when it was my turn to go to work for my shift.

I’m so cute…”affected me.”

It pissed me off, that’s how much it affected.

She knows I don’t like it when she locks me in on her way out.

To top it off, she done took my keys with.

So after calm downing, changing my state, I brought this to her attention (via text) and began apologizing.

Firstly, for making it known that I “forgot” to mention how I preferred not being locked in.

Secondly on how I was silly enough to leave the my keys in her car.

And if she can be kind enough to verify if indeed she has them with her.

So tactful I was.

She obviously replied in kind, mentioning how taking my key was not intentional.

Come to think about it, it was an honest mistake.

Just thinking now how I would have made it a huge issue when it wasn’t.

It really wasn’t because we have a sliding door that can be used an an alternative exit.

Thank God.

Heck she was even sweet enough to give me a lift back home when I knocked off.

Positive outcome all the way.

I can only imagine how things would have been if I had let my ego take control.

Sometimes it’s good to take a step back and ask, “What will Love do now?”

I love you.

Thank you.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

“Don’t Die With Your Music Still In You” ~ @DrWayneWDyer

Just a bit bummed about the passing of the good Dr Wanye Dyer.

But after counseling with my #joy @Phetheni we came to the understanding that he played his part in this world.

And it’s up to us to pay forward his teachings to leave where ever we are better than how we found it.

“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer

I love you.

Thank you.

The Ultimate Shortcut To Success

I asked myself what I can write to you about that will make your life better. And I was inspired to teach you how to meditate.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 10 minutes.

Be as comfortable as you can.

Remain still for the next 10 minutes in that comfortable position you will be in.

Close your eyes.

And focus on deep breathes in, and long breathes out.

Breathe in with your nose and exhale with your mouth.

Your thoughts will wonder on the first attempts and you might even be fidgety, release those thoughts and edginess and focus back on your breathing.

Breathing in and out, in and out until your 10 minute timer goes off.

For maximum results I suggest you practice doing it every day every chance you get.

Take it as a gift from me to you.

What the heck, why wait – Merry Xmas 😉

Spiritual Marketing According To Musawenkosi Tshoaele

I can only “cash in” to the extent of the amount of people and/ or organisations I provide quality services to.

But before that, my wealth can only grow to the extent that I do.

I almost came to the conclusion that both of the above statements are relative, but when it comes to money making both statements are, at least to me & through playful observation :], very true.

Great wealth has come to the mind of a man or woman who has provided a service or products to others.

The people who purchase the product or service rendered, the more being made.

This is basic economic but I felt I should write it down for future referal.

But all products & service are just value.

You buy the value more than you buy what is offered.

So since value is non-physical, it’s not something I can touch but I know it’s there – one could say that it is a form of energy.

And by internally wishing quality abundant value to others maybe even through inner self talk or genuine silent yet profound “love-giving to everyone you pass by on the daily, this manner of attraction wealth can be linked to raising capital via the above mentioned mainstream ways of trade…

Being in the habit of giving by wishing prosperity, peace, freedom, healing, comfort & a life of luxury to others not only blesses their lives with the good they are but keeps from in a happy vibration (mood) that would only attract back to you in various forms (preferably multiple income streams leading to you effortlesly, increasingly and consistently the vibrations/ well wishes you are emiting in your positive vibrational state.

Why You Have To Give To Others What You Want For Yourself

Why You Have To Give To Others What You Want For Yourself

Today is a The Day of Reconciliation, public holiday, and my girlfriend and I decided to go donate blood at nearest SANBS branch to us, which was at our beautiful Maponya mall.

Well, actually it was her idea and we all know how manipulative you girls can be, all for the good of mankind mind you, and so we ended up on the floor in reception area of their non-government organization.

The receptionist/ nurse at the clinic wanted to know why I wanted to donate blood, and I attempted to explain the Law of Giving and Receiving to her.

After the first sentence, all I got from her was a “Huh?”

lol!

My mind went on overdrive as I attempted to bring her up to speed to what the world, in relation to the Law of Giving and Receiving, was all about.

But due to the manner of my presentation as if I was talking to someone who was familiar with the subject of spirituality,

explaining this New Thought to her abundantly beautiful, humble, nurturing and special mind was…

…well, it got me tongue tied because I failed to take inconsideration the level of understanding of my audience.

It’s either she got the jest of what I was trying (have you notice how when we “try” to do something we mostly fail?) to relay to her and why I wanted to donate, in between the parables I was babbling

– which I hope she understood was that I was doing this from a giving heart, pun intended –

or she either told herself “This man must be mad crazy! And since we are in short supply of some mad crazy blood let me just give him a short brief and let him decide on whether he’s game or not.”

Everything was a go expect for the meds for indigestion I’m currently finishing off – diet needs to be improved, doctors orders.

If I still want to donate after 24 hours of taking my last pill then I’m more than welcome to go back there and do just that.

At best what I really wanted to inform of was that it has come to my experience that there is an invisible flow of something, which has everyone else living on the very circular, endless channel it flows on and which we were born into,

that carries our intentions covered in our deeds, good or bad, away from us only to boomerang them back to us.

In reality, we do not give out material things like

  • Christmas cards,
  • statements and comments,
  • hand shakes,
  • inner thoughts about self and others,
  • favors,
  • chores,
  • service,
  • products,
  • duties

and any other forms of action without simultaneously giving out the intention or emotion behind it.

In fact what we do give IS the intent or emotion and not the physical act or deed.

So when two people get told the same thing and setup goals that will systematically make them successful with one person achieving success while the other does not, the latter went of with an emotion/ intent of failing

Unconscious to her, otherwise she would have succeeded no matter what she did.

So when we give our intentions in and through our actions – thought, word, deed or act – this invisible flow of something I mentioned early carries it out to everything and everyone in this world.

When humans “pick it up” as it enters their mind as an idea, inspiration or thought

(this needs to read Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich interpretation of how the mind works like a broadcasting and receiving station),

they might entertain this intention that is clothed by the image they picked up, the mind thinks in pictures and not in words, and thus release it again back to the invisible circular stream of something that flows through and with everything and everyone.

And therefore making it possible for it returning back to you, the source, for you to only begin another cycle again and again…

So, nurse, it is from my experience of this that I would rather give the intention of love by clothing it in act of blood donating in order for me, by law, to receive more love in my life.

Therefore promoting the concept of abundance in this world.

I give that which I want for myself.

And it is by understanding this Law of Giving and Receiving that you will understand that what I am doing is not for selfish reasons, but for a universally generous purpose.
