Neville Goddard: Neville Lecture On The Effortless Manipulation Of Circumstance In Your Favor

“If I call you now and you answer, that’s one thing. Would you respond an hour later to the same call? If you persevere, you will.

“If now, an hour later, you think of yourself as you now – when you dare to assume that you are now the man that you want to be, an hour later, are you still assuming that state? If you’re not, you are not persevering.

“You are “the hearer who looked into the mirror, whose natural face” – he saw it, “then he went his way, and at once forgot what he looked like.”

“So, if one hour from now you are not still assuming that you are the man that you want to be, you have forgotten. You are the hearer and not the doer. And he warns us of the vast difference between being a hearer and being a doer. The doer acts.”

How Would You Like To Have An Interview With God?

“How have your conversations with God changed your life in relation to your outlook and personal relationships?

Neale: For the first part of my young adult life, my intention was to be successful as a young man in the world of work, to make a decent salary, to find a good woman, marry and have children, and to have my house in the suburbs; all those things my mother and father told me ought to be on my agenda.

In fact, my life proceeded out of those intentions, and I did all of those things. I was making a good living, and by the time I was thirty-four, I had my children and wife, and a house in the country on five acres with the ponies in the backyard.

I had acquired and achieved all of that, but then I realized I had experienced very little satisfaction from all of it. I was feeling empty and unfulfilled. I changed my intention about life.

I was in my late thirties and decided my intention in life had nothing to do with the acquiring of material things, but rather it was now my intention to experience the evolution of my own soul and to grow spiritually.

I wanted to come to know the highest truths of life and to express those truths in action, through myself.

I wanted to become the grandest version of the greatest idea I ever held about who I am in regards to my relationship with God.

This was a conscious choice on your part.

Neale: Yes, I set my intention, and it was a conscious choice. At that time, somebody offered me another job. I didn’t have to listen to my inner voice for more than five seconds before I knew whether or not I wanted to take the job because I measured it against my intention.

It was very clear even though the job had a wonderful salary and so forth, it wasn’t in alignment with my intention.

I passed that job by, which allowed me to move into something else that was in much greater alignment with my intention, all within six months time.

What happens when you set your intention clearly, is all of life then contrives to produce the perfect circumstances with which to meet your intentions.”

Imagination Sets You Free

While driving back from work, in the back seat of my friend’s car with his wife in the passenger seat, I began “talking” to myself in my mind.

Hey don’t judge me, you do it all the time (:

I looked back on, in my mind, yesterday’s entry and felt that all that I was, need not be discarded as something that won’t serve me today. Actually there is something that I used in my earlier years that might be to my great advantage today.

And that was my death grip approach towards my goal and my bulldozer determination as I willed myself towards it.

I have to be HUNGRY for what I want.

Because now that I KNOW that I will reach my goal, all I need now is to find ways and draw up plans of getting it faster than my set deadline.

This I must done with enthusiasm, joy and excitement. I need to consistently remind myself when (“if” I should rather say) feel frustrated about denying myself instant gratification, that this is the sowing, and all in due time (by my set date to be precise) I will be enjoying my rewards.

I then asked myself, while my friend was cruising back home on the highway, what then?

I reach my goal and then what?

The intelligent voice in my head replied, then you set another precise goal, with another exact date, and what you would give in return for that desired goal, it said.

So I’m not suppose to reach my goal, I asked.

You are never suppose to reach your goal. You are a physical manifestation of Life. And Life is never ending, just as You are. Just as your goals are.

I sat in silence, ignoring the dj from the radio station my friend and his wife were listening too, and it made sense. Then again every time intelligence speaks to me, all I can really hear IS sense.

Because without goals we are dead. Spiritually, intellectually and mentally even, even if we aren’t so physically.

You are a creative spirit. And you were born to do things that thrill your soul.

You thrill your soul by doing things you love. And using you imagination to come up with inspiring ways of creating plans of doing MORE of what you love.

Even Neale Donald Walsch wrote our purpose in life is to experience ultimate joy!

Doing anything else is denying yourself the better feelings available to humans in the world.

Strive to do find out what you love, what turns you on, what – when you do – makes time stand still, what – when you do do – you could do it all day.

And then find ways to do it.

To do it often.

And that’s when you will reconnect with the abundant Source that most call God and experience a happier, healthier, richer life.

Because, as you should know, when you feel good, good things come your way – relationships, money and health included (:

God bless you and Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The Key To Unlimited Freedom

I get this voice, it sounds like mine but I’m not so sure, nagging me, willing me to write.

Saying, “tell them, tell them, tell them,” after I told “myself” a sentence that moved me.

Usually something I have heard before but was not enlightened enough to really listen.

“You not listening,” I heard “myself” saying.

Which is truthful.

All of my hunches, intuition, sixth sense, gut feeling I only listen to and do what they suggest only 15% of the time.

On one hand I ask God for guidance, then on the other I don’t take heed to Her words.

And now after starting to meditate for this past week, these “words” of guidance are becoming louder…or can I say I am now more inclined to do as the say than I was before.

“The kingdom of God is within you.”

As corny as it is, it feels so real…surreal.

“Feelings are the language of the soul.” – Neale Donald Walsch

And it scares me.

The idea and possibility of going to a place where I can get the answers to any question or challenge I am facing…it’s liberating.

And this level of liberation is so out of this dimension that, I guess, it’s exciting…and scary.

Me thinks I must rather say it feels so good it’s exciting :).

Ja and that’s were it is, right there. Exciting, and emotion I should rather hold on to and focus on.

In any case, what I was suppose to have brought to attention was that:

true success comes to those who give for the primary purpose of helping another to grow.

Which in turn is going to make you successful in various ways, including financial, since we are all connected.

There is no greater teacher than experience, so try it, it’s unbreakable.

Dedicate the next hour in giving love and gratitude to all things, people and circumstance.

All you will experience from then onwards is love and gratitude cloaked in physical form(s)… well until you start thinking thoughts that are not loving and grateful.”

I Feel The Need To Go Back To The Spirit

As you read keep in mind that God can never Not Be the Universe, as much as the Universe can never Not Be God. Since God, like the Universe, is all there is.

I feel like another Conversations with God
, a story told by @_NealeDWalsch about how man should, upon walking out the door, interact with the would as if it is plastic. And can be moulded according to our desires by just simply doing every act with love.

Especially when we don’t feel “loving,” it is then when we should practice the love that is repeated refered to in Conversations with God.

Because that in itself is a Conversations with God
, for the act of “love giving” is a form of a prayer to God wich will then return back to the sender the physical equivalent of the love that was giving.

On face value this could be regarded as crap, especially when you are of the school that God only answers some of your prayers, if any, and should not be expected to give you your heart’s desires.

Because God is a punishing God, you say.

God has made it so that some of us are rich and some poor.

Going against what God has laid down for us is sinful, and therefore for the devil.

That is why we should fear God or else we will go to hell for our sins.

Only the chosen have direct communication to God, because God is over there…and I am here.

If this is the limited God of conditional love – the One who gives free will and yet punishes you for exercising this will freely – then The Complete Conversations with God
is was went for you, maybe even highly so.

It states why mankind is experiencing what it is currently experiencing, and this won’t change until the idea of Who We Are changes.

This “renewing of the mind” would be made easier if we come to know who and what God really is.

And God is love.

Eternal, unconditional, unlimited, abundance, spiritual, never ceasing, without end.

The Alpha and Omega.

It’s about time you knew the truth about your religion – because the Truth will set you free.

PS. Conversation with God is a threek Book triology, tautology I know, and reference are made to all 3 books. Hence the The Complete Conversations with God recommendation.

"Be Still, And Know, That I, Am God"

I just thought this is an excellent follow up from an earlier post Calm Your Spirit With A Gratitude Rock.

What I have written in italics below is an extract from one of the regular inspiring emails from Neale Donald Walsch, is best known for the Conversations with God book series, who now has a new book out titled When Everything Changes, Change Everything available at Amazon.com.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

“On this day of your life…I believe God wants you to know…

…that it doesn’t matter if you can’t get a cell phone signal or Wi-Fi where you are. You are always connected to Source.”

“I’m not kidding about this. I’m serious. Wherever you are, wherever you go, you are always connected to Divine Wisdom, Divine Intelligence, and Divine Love.”

“Just close your eyes. Breathe. Stop whatever you’re doing for ten seconds and find The Silence. Visit The Quiet.”

“Just for ten seconds. Do it six times today.”

One minute a day. That’s all it takes.

“One minute, divided into six parts.”

“Go ahead. Do it now.”

This Is What I Do On An Average Day

I am reading a chapter – Chapter 9: Persistence – from Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, a summarised version of his The Law Of Success in Sixteen Lessons.

I am also steadily going through Wallace D. Wattle’s The Science Of Getting Rich – Chapter 15: The Advancing Person.

I’m also reading Neale Donald Walsch’s website Conversations With God – Book 2.

And every time I go in my car I put on a recorded teleseminar with Alex Mandossian and Bob Proctor which I downloaded from The SGR Website.

My status update on some of my social networks – Facebook then it’s Twitter and MySpace – do not have enough character spaces to allow me to make this update possible, so thought I would get that out of my chest right here.

I feel much better now!!
