The Fixer

B33rFzqCYAIREuFSometimes when the road ahead looks very dark, anxiety levels go up.

That’s when I come to you God to help shed some light.

But if the road I’m taking vele has no street lights then I’m relieved knowing that you are by my side.

I’m taking this knee with this post because I’m also in dire need so my ancestors need to be also involved in this prayer.

Because without them I would be here, and without You they wouldn’t have been.

I light my candles and incense with this update in gratitude of what I already have.

Thank you for our business.

Thank you for our jobs.

Thank you for the shelter you are providing us.

Thank you for the water and lights that we sometimes take for granted.

Thank you for the food we eat.

Our perfect health and the rich relationships we have.

Thank you for the clothes on our backs.

And the large amounts of income that come to us through various sources, with increasing frequency.

All praise goes to you God.

I am bound to make flops along the way.

I just want to thank you for softening the falls.

Thank you for giving me the courage to fail forward.

Because there is no learning without falling. And I need to learn so I can grow to be my better self.

Continue guiding us through to our better self.

Yours in gratitude,

Amen

Waking Up With Affirmations

You miss this part of your morning ritual and run the risk of being in the mercy of the day.

Keeping track of what you think plays a part in what you experience.ba7c9abb606c15dd012e0682228e828c

You tend to notice more of the things you think about.

This helps you in taking action on this things you are noticing, pulling them towards yourself.

So if you keep affirming the things you want to have, there’s a higher chance of you attracting them to yourself.

That’s were statements like “you become what you think about most of the time” comes from.

It’s one of the things that successful people do.

Most of them include affirmations in their daily routine.

Even if what they are telling themselves goes against what they are currently experiencing.

That’s why I think you have to adopt some form of insanity for you to be successful.

Because you have to believe it before you see it.

And affirmations help you do that.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Proven Methods of Self-Improvement Because of Their Ability to Rewire Your Brain…

I’ve been meaning to write another article about affirmations.

About what are affirmations and affirmation examples I use to when writing them out.

But I wasn’t writing them out of late.

Trust me I’m no affirmations expert or anything.

All that I blog about are from things I’ve read or experienced that I’m sharing with you, in the hopes that you would jump on it to add to your personal growth.

Like in this case, I’m sharing the wisdom I’m reading over the Think and Grow Rich book.

It says that written affirmations that are read out loud daily and with emotion do wonders towards building faith in the achievement of the things you are affirming.

Because a repeated statement you tell yourself increases your belief about that statement.

And the stronger your belief the better your chances of getting it.

How?

Like Jim Rohn says, don’t take that class.

But if really want to know then my suggested reads are The Science Of Getting Rich and Think and Grow Rich.

They explain the mechanics that come with the power of faith through repeated affirmations, and how they can work for you too.

Reminds me of a list of affirmations that I got from a gorgeous lady I had a crush on, but I was too possessive and she was also seeing someone so I stopped heckling her because it was getting too much and I wanted more but she didn’t, it was a mess shame… Drama.

Anyways read that shit.

It will change your life.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

You Ever Noticed The Voices In Your Head?

Success lies outside your comfort zone.

I don’t know what that means for you, but for me this means that if what I am doing now is not producing the things you I want, then I might need to do the uncomfortable stuff that will give me the results I want.

Should you want different results then you do the uncomfortable to produce the new results that you want.

Self talk contributions to your current results.

It’s the words you tell yourself in your brain that lead to the actions you take.

And it’s from these actions that produce the results in your life.

So it hit me that if I use affirmations to influence the actions I take, then I might get the results I’m looking for.

Affirmations are just words you tell yourself.

The jive is that most, maybe not you but I am a victim of this, tell ourselves negative things most of the time.

Things that stop you from change.

I don’t know why hey…

…maybe it’s from people we associate most with or the TV we watch or the news we read or the Presidents we elect.

So now we are led to think that the world is negative.

That’s were things like affirmations come to play.

They interrupt the negative patterns we play in our minds and inject it with something positive.

I’m sure you can do your own research about how to structure your affirmations.

And then you can just repeat the phrase to program yourself into getting what you desire.

Phrases like the ones Bob Proctor used, author of You Were Born Rich: I am so happy and grateful now that… (this is were you list your desire).

In a nutshell, positive affirmations help you with moving out of your comfort zone.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

“The Book You Never Read Won’t Change You”

Was just thinking about affirmations.

About how everyone uses them.

Some use them knowingly and a lot of us do not.

But how the most effective people use affirmations intentionally.

Deliberately leading them to situations they would rather be in.

To paraphrase, affirmations are statements you repeatedly say to yourself.

Which then influence your actions.

Which then generates the results you have in your life.

Some use this affirmation process to guide the direction of their lives to producing the results they want.

Some don’t.

This is not based on my endless research on the subject though.

I don’t have a PhD in Affirmations.

Nah, this is based on my personal experience.

At a time when I was at my most effective.

I use the word “effective” because I created momentum for myself, by taking action regularly with the assistance of this affirmation process, thanks to the good Dr Stephen Covey’s book “The Seven Steps of Highly Effective People.”

In fact I got jealous when I was having a meeting with a potential business partner and she mentioned that she’s going through it and was in love with the principles Covey was teaching.

Teachings at the time I place at the back of my mind.

It took me back to a time when I had a love affair with reading, on any subject, the weirder the better, which led me to this Seven Habits book.

A book that introduced me to the world of personal development.

Never be just a “passing” reader.

Take action on at least one of the suggested mentioned in that instructive you are reading.

Grow with every book or article you read.

The book you never read won’t change you.

A changed you is needed if you want to see changed results.

I love you.

Thank you.

You Don’t Have To Feel Like It, You Just Have To Do It

You know the thing that excites me the most about affirmations is the science behind it.

When the Word becomes Flesh.

How repeated, emotional, written affirmations attracts the things you want for yourself in your life.

I don’t know how it works.

Books have been written about it trying to explain it but it just IS.

Like gravity.

I think it’s because of it’s unquestionable effectiveness that I have stop working it…

The fear of success.

Maybe it’s because I tell myself that I don’t deserve the things I write down and affirm to myself daily.

Then when I do receive, because this daily principle if practiced long enough works whether you believe in it or not, a part of me rejects it.

Think that’s why I need to listen to more of these business support CD audios I keep getting, and attend more functions just to instill belief.

Just writing that and letting it all hang out like that made me pause for a moment.

Because you can tell yourself you need to do something but up until it is done then there will be no desired changes in your life.

James 2:26

What you see in your mind and say with your mouth and follow through with your actions will deliberately create the life you want to live.

I love you.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.
