You miss this part of your morning ritual and run the risk of being in the mercy of the day.
Keeping track of what you think plays a part in what you experience.
You tend to notice more of the things you think about.
This helps you in taking action on this things you are noticing, pulling them towards yourself.
So if you keep affirming the things you want to have, there’s a higher chance of you attracting them to yourself.
That’s were statements like “you become what you think about most of the time” comes from.
It’s one of the things that successful people do.
Most of them include affirmations in their daily routine.
Even if what they are telling themselves goes against what they are currently experiencing.
That’s why I think you have to adopt some form of insanity for you to be successful.
Because you have to believe it before you see it.
And affirmations help you do that.
