The Saturday “tapping” story that frees you from negative feelings

What does one write about on Saturdays?

Should I write about the lessons I learned from the burglary that happened to us on Tuesday?

How about the teachings from the huge loss by my favourite soccer team to a “small” team this evening?

Or how best to handle rejection from someone you are emotionally invested in.

How best to deal with hurt?

Because as ideal as it would be for you to act all happy & jolly when negative events happen, most of us aren’t evolved to that level…not yet any way.

So in most cases when you come back home to a house burgled into, negative emotions are sure to hit you from all sides.

Your just immediately get into this negative state change nje…

As expected, you wouldn’t be in the best of moods at that time.

And it’s completely acceptable to want to vent or curl up in a corner and cry your eyes out.

A process I believe should NEVER be skipped.

But what strategy should you implement on yourself to motivate you into taking positive steps forward towards rehabilitation?

Try EFT.

I did.

In fact, I am ☺

You should try it too.

I love you.

Thank you.

PS: Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT, use it to free up the negative energy that is blocking you from getting back to your natural state of positivity.

Yes it’s unconventional, but sometimes you need new solutions to old problems.

PPS: I’m still pissed, but waaaay better than Tuesday, thanks to EFT.

  1. Sorry to hear about the break-in at your house! Aside from the emotional aspect I hope everyone at your house is safe and nothing serious happened. Things can always be replaced. God Bless!
