You can’t be reading in-depth things like news articles or forwarded emails that make you feel bad & then turn around & expect positive things in your life.
You can’t be involved in conversations full of negativity and then acting all surprised when positive things don’t come your way.
Never fool yourself into thinking that when you feel negative feelings you can expect positive results.
You are breaking the Law of Cause & Effect when you think that way.
When you feel bad for a long enough time you attract the bad.
When you feel good for a long enough time you attract the good.
Sometimes the negativity you feel can’t be helped.
But surrounding yourself with negative people and negative stories or things only makes the negativity you might be feeling at the time bigger.
Eliminate or at least limit the things that make you feel bad…and increase the things that make you feel good.
