“You Feeling Listless? Write A List!”

My wish for you is to have a list hang up somewhere or on your persons of things you would like to be, do and have.

It’s a list you must feel good about so don’t put a time limit on each item on your list if you can’t help it.

Write up a list that you can look at every day and many times during the day.

The idea is for you condition your mind into thinking about how good it would feel once you achieve and have the things on your list.

You do that and your focus will help your mind source out ways to achieve them faster.

Doesn’t the idea of getting the things you want in your life thrill you??

“Autosuggest” these desires long enough and you will learn to believe them possible for you.

And it is only when you believe, that you will achieve.
