Change Your State. Interrupt Your Patterns. Watch Tony Robbins!

“Keep your energy up.”

That’s the phrase the came up this morning while I was listening to Anthony Robbins’s Power Talk audios.

It’s a 30 day audio program segmented into thirty forty minute audios (some bonus audios included) that condition your brain to taking massive action, that produce exciting results for you.

I like self help material that give me pointers on how best to improve my behavior for me to get improved outcomes.

These audios go the extra mile by teaching me things about myself I never notice, but are responsible for my VERY noticeable life experiences.

The thread that seems to be consistent with all the personal development products is how you are responsible for what happens in your life.

Only those that are open minded enough to look it to why this is so will begin to make the changes in their life.

Changes for the better.

You can’t change a thing if you don’t first own it.

Own it.

Accept it.

So you can release it.

Watch this short Anthony Robbins clip.

I love you.

Thank you.

  1. Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the simplest thing to take note of. I say to you, I definitely get irked whilst other folks consider worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the highest as neatly as outlined out the whole thing with no need side-effects , other people can take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thanks
