When You Let Go & Trust…

You see, that’s the thing with inspiration.

Sometimes one needs to do the thing and then let the inspiration catch up to you.

Take this blog for instance.

At the beginning I wasn’t inspired to write this entry but I wrote one anyway to keep my blog fresh & up to date.

The news on TV & radio (amongst other social conditioning vehicles) are doing a pretty good job on focusing on the bad things in life.

So my mission is to inject some positivity in the mix, in the form of this blog.

I live to structure my life around positive information & people that’s why I don’t watch TV much.

Nor do I fill my mind up with reading up on the latest horrors the media would love to update me about.

Ignoring won’t make it go aware.

So would fussing and conditioning my mind over.

In fact, it’s the latter that propagates it.

What I do is heal it.

By “it” I’m referring to the things that make me feel offish.

I heal the “bad” in the world by first healing myself…

…If I haven’t lost you by now then you’re the kind of person that you should go through this website first chance you get www.zerolimits.info

What Are You Reading?

That was the same question a friend of mine asked me this past weekend.

I stuttered.

There was a time when I could instantly shot out my current reads.

Like Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles.

Or Dr. Joe Vitale’s “The Attractor Factor.

Rev. Norman Vincent Peale’s “The Power of Positive Thinking.

I will throw in Robert. T. Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Or how about Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich.”

Wallace Wattles’s “The Science of Getting Rich.

Pat O’Bryan’s “Money From Anywhere” book.

Or Bob Proctor’s “You Were Born Rich.

But I stuttered.

I should go back to my read.

But what’s even more critical is APPLYING what I have read.

Knowledge is power only to the extent that we apply what we know.

I love you.

Thank you.

What Is Positive Goal-Setting?

When you think about an objective,

but feel negative emotions (doubt, worry, fear) whenever the thought about it comes up,

you will in effect repel whatever opportunities may come your way to help you achieve this objective you desire.

For example:

When you want to improve your money situation,

but have a negative belief about what having an improved money situation will mean to you,

you will repel any and every opportunity to improve your finances.

Same goes for your health.

Same goes for your finances.

Question your beliefs.

Ask yourself why do you believe attracting an improved relationship will cause you to feel pain.

Ask yourself why do you believe improving your physical health will cause you to experience discomfort.

Stay with this questioning process until you get the answers,

the real answers,

some of which do not have any basis in your current reality.

Cast those meaningless beliefs aways and reinforce them with new ones.

New empowering beliefs that need to be conditioned in your brain through the form of improved associations with like minded people on a regular basis, or maybe even through the form of daily morning & evening affirmations…

I love you.

Thank you.

PS: This update was inspired by a previous post about negative goal-setting.

“Worrying Is Negative Goal-Setting..”

Bob Proctor wrote:

“Negative thinking has become the rule in our society and is a bad habit practiced by far too many people.

Make a serious and conscious effort to push these thoughts out of your mind.

Be vigilant!

Guard you mind!

Negative thoughts can only slow you down and get in your way.

Worrying is negative goal-setting and serves no purpose.”

I love you.

Thank you.

Change Your State. Interrupt Your Patterns. Watch Tony Robbins!

“Keep your energy up.”

That’s the phrase the came up this morning while I was listening to Anthony Robbins’s Power Talk audios.

It’s a 30 day audio program segmented into thirty forty minute audios (some bonus audios included) that condition your brain to taking massive action, that produce exciting results for you.

I like self help material that give me pointers on how best to improve my behavior for me to get improved outcomes.

These audios go the extra mile by teaching me things about myself I never notice, but are responsible for my VERY noticeable life experiences.

The thread that seems to be consistent with all the personal development products is how you are responsible for what happens in your life.

Only those that are open minded enough to look it to why this is so will begin to make the changes in their life.

Changes for the better.

You can’t change a thing if you don’t first own it.

Own it.

Accept it.

So you can release it.

Watch this short Anthony Robbins clip.

I love you.

Thank you.

If You Keep Talking & Thinking & Focusing On “What-is” You Will Keep Getting It!

“What-is has no bearing on what is coming unless you are continually regurgitating the story of what is.

By thinking and speaking more of how you really want your life to be, you allow what you are currently living to be the jumping-off place for so much more.

But if you speak predominantly of what-is, then you still jump off -but you jump off into more of the same.”
