Your thoughts (all 72000 a day of them) create your life.
The thoughts you think about the most, even more so the thoughts that have an emotional charge attached to them, produce the results you get in your life.
Thoughts become things.

But the thing is, most of the thoughts we think about today are the same thoughts we had yesterday.
To take it a step further, the majority of the thoughts we think about are negative ones.
You are continually in the creation process.
What you have thought about CONTINUOUSLY, either with a feel of fear or LOVE, it is making it’s way to you.
Now imagine your body as a funnel that you’ve been feeding all sorts of negative thoughts through that come out as things at the other end.
When you meditate – you can find out how to here – you are draining all that dirt and cleaning out the funnel that you are.
You’re squeezing out all that “dirt” thinking which creates as “dirt” manifestations.
That is the reason why all hell seems to break loose for the beginner of meditation, since thoughts become things.
And as soon as you’ve cleared the path in your inner funnel, all sort of good will funnel through you like a highway on a Sunday afternoon.
The good that you are wanting has been coming to you but your funnel has been so clogged up that it seemed that you had to struggle to get it.
So trust in the process of meditation & you do it daily for you to get the most of it.
In fact, when the external world seems to be barking louder, tis all the more reason for you to go within for inspiration and peace and stillness.
Pause (be it for 10 seconds or 10 minutes).
Close you eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in with your nose.
And breath out slowly with your mouth.
Feel your body relax and returning back to its center.
Open your eyes.
