There are a lot of stuff “out there” that you do not like.
These things are just parts of yourself you do not like.
If you were to look at them with love and gratitude and compassion you will find that they will change.
In truth, it is you that has changed.
Keep repeating the words, “I love you,” and/ or “I am sorry,” and/ or “I am grateful” to yourself with the idea of projecting it to the universe and heal yourself by releasing those vibrations you do not associate yourself with, so that your world can heal.
Be patient with this releasing technique and come back to it whenever you must.
